Servo Motor as Input Device

12 02 2008

Servo motor is very useful in robotic. I used servo motors to create few robots in the past. But I never think of using servo motor as input device, and mahto did it. Making servo motor as input device, you can now record the position of the servo motor and play it back the sequence of actions afterward.

Idea Of: Mahto.

hi

i have been looking around thweb for a few useful videos and i see that you seem to know what you are talking about ,

i have been asked to make a remote trigger for a digital camera for a firend who deos ariel photography, he has to pay a large sum for these cables which are a clear rip off,

but i opened it up and i has a small circuit on the trigger, it uses a servo output on the model to trigger , the circuit contains just a few resistors and a tiny13 by atmel

do you know of a place where i could get this board without having to make a copy of it and reprogram the pic?

any help you oculd offer woudl be greatly appreciated

thanks in advance
daniel
